This site sells professional photography of youth futsal players, booked by their own parents and guardians, at the U.S. Futsal National Championship 2026 (Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, July 30 to August 2, 2026). The service is operated by Youth Football Scotland Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom (company number SC387387), of 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for everything described below. You can reach us any time at media@usfutsal.com.
The short version. We collect the minimum needed to photograph the right child and deliver your photos: your name, email and payment; your player's first name, shirt number and the reference photos you upload. We never sell anyone's information, and we delete reference photos after the tournament. Photos we take at the event may be used to promote this service.
What we collect
- From you (the parent or guardian): your name, email address, and your order details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- About your player, supplied by you: first name (or the name you choose to enter), shirt number, team, optional notes to help us spot them, and 1 to 3 reference photos you upload.
- Site usage: a cookieless, anonymous page-view counter with no personal information. We use no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and we respect "Do Not Track".
What we use information for
- Delivering what you bought: coverage of the games you booked, and your private gallery.
- Service emails about your own order: receipt, photo-upload reminders, gallery delivery, refunds.
- Optional updates you can opt out of, such as a note when your player's team reaches a knockout game you haven't booked. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
- Promoting this service: a selection of the photos we take at the event may be used in our own marketing. If you'd rather your player's photos were never used that way, email us at the address below and we will exclude them.
- Legal and accounting records we are required to keep.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent personal information, yours or your child's, to anyone.
Who helps us run the service
We use specialist providers for payment processing, secure data and photo storage, email delivery and private gallery hosting. They process data for us under contracts that limit their use of it to providing their service to us.
We are a UK company and some data is transferred between the UK and the United States. Where a provider is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework we rely on that; otherwise we use UK-approved standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep things
- Reference photos: deleted within 30 days of the tournament ending.
- Delivered galleries: available for 3 months from delivery, then removed.
- Order and payment records: kept as required for tax and accounting (typically 6 years).
- Photos uploaded to an order that is never paid for: swept and deleted automatically.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information or your child's, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Email media@usfutsal.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any promotional email with one click.
Nevada residents: the email address above is our designated request address under NRS 603A. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, and a verified request to confirm that will be honored within 60 days.
UK and EU visitors: our lawful bases are contract (delivering your order), consent (reference photos and optional marketing), and legitimate interests (service emails about your own order). You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would welcome the chance to resolve anything directly first.
Children
This site is for adults. We only accept orders, photos and player details from a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect any information online from children. Information about players always comes to us from their parent or guardian.
Security and breaches
Photos and personal data are held in access-controlled storage with encryption in transit, and galleries are protected by unguessable private links. If a breach ever puts your or your child's information at risk, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, as Nevada law and UK law both require.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top; for material changes affecting information about your child we will email you.
