Terms of service

These terms cover bookings of professional photography at the U.S. Futsal National Championship 2026 (Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, July 30 to August 2, 2026), sold by Youth Football Scotland Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom (company number SC387387), of 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN ("we", "us"). 1. What you're buying

• A booking covers one named player in one scheduled game. You may book multiple games and multiple players in one order.
• For every booked game we aim to deliver at least ten edited, in-action photos of your player, taken across the run of the match.
• Pricing at checkout: $119 for the first game in your order, $89 for each additional game, and returning customers pay $89 for every game. Optional rush delivery is a flat $45 per order. All prices are in US dollars; payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order.
• Coverage capacity is limited. Games can sell out; the site will not take a booking we cannot staff.

2. The 100% money-back guarantee, in writing

• Where our own shoot log shows we missed a game, we refund it without you asking.
• Otherwise, claim by replying to your gallery email or writing to media@usfutsal.com within 14 days of gallery delivery, telling us which game.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of the claim.
• If your player does not take the court in a booked game (injury, substitution for the full game, team no-show), we refund that game in full. Tell us if we don't catch it.
• If a booked game is cancelled or rescheduled by the tournament and we cannot cover the replacement, we refund it in full.

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery: your private gallery link arrives by email within 5 days of the tournament ending.
• Rush delivery (if purchased): within 48 hours of the tournament ending.
• Galleries stay available for 3 months from delivery.

4. Your part: identifying your player

• You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of each player you book, or have the parent's or guardian's permission, and that you consent to us photographing that player, as described in our privacy policy.
• An accurate shirt number is essential; reference photos make the match faster and more reliable. A booking with a wrong shirt number and no usable reference photo may limit what we can deliver, though the guarantee in section 2 still applies.

5. What you may do with the photos

• Delivered photos are licensed to you for personal, family, non-commercial use: print them, share them privately, post your own child on your own social accounts.
• Other players may appear incidentally in your photos. Those images are part of your personal-use license only; please don't publish photos featuring other people's children.
• We may use photos we take at the event to promote this service. If you'd rather your player's photos were never used that way, email us and we will exclude them.

6. Sensible limits

• We photograph what happens on court; we cannot promise specific moments, goals or celebrations, only the coverage standard in section 2.
• Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your state or country.
• We may decline or refund any order at our discretion before the event (for example, if capacity was oversold in error); you always get a full refund of anything undelivered.
